Annual General Meeting 2025

Dear Members, 

You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of CMHA Yukon, which will be held as follows: 

Date: July 9th 2025 
Time: 5:30 pm 
Location:  CMHA-YT boardroom (415 Baxter Street, Whitehorse) 

The purpose of the AGM is to: 

• Adopt new bylaws 
• Present the Annual Report 
• Review and approve the financial statements 
• Appoint the auditor/accountant for the next fiscal year 
• Elect members to the Board of Directors 
• Address any other business properly brought before the meeting 

All relevant documents, including the agenda, previous AGM minutes, and financial statements, will be made available in advance of the meeting via email to members who confirm their presence. 

Please confirm your attendance by June 25th.

If you are unable to attend, you may assign a proxy by completing the proxy form and submitting it by June 25th.  

We look forward to your participation as we reflect on the past year and plan for the future of CMHA-YT
