Eco-Art Therapy brings together the creative process and Applied Ecopsychology to support self-discovery, healing, and holistic wellbeing. Art therapy supports the expression and exploration of inner experiences, while ecopsychology investigates the intimate relationship between humans and nature. By connecting with our creativity and tapping into the wisdom of natural systems, we can find grounding, self-reflection, and inner peace. Eco-art is also an opportunity to address feelings of eco-anxiety as we learn to navigate the realities of our changing climate. During this 5-part series, you will be introduced to a variety of natured-based practices and creative activities in an inclusive peer group setting. Sessions will be held outdoors in different accessible locations each week. All materials provided; no previous art experience necessary!
