The Reach Out Support Line is a, confidential, anonymous, non-judgmental and FREE support line run by the Canadian Mental Health Association, Yukon Division. The Reach Out Support Line operates with volunteers and staff trained to listen and provide support that assists callers to find options and make a plan to move forward, no matter how big or small the issue. The Line is available 24/7 via call or text.

Free Counselling Services

CMHA-Yukon offers free counselling services for individuals of ages 13 and up. Counselling is available Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Counselling sessions are available in-person, over the phone or as a videocall. We can provide service in English or French.
